So, it turns out my girlfriend hated me, and cheated on me twice throughout our relationship, and was holding on to me because I could potentially support her.

Haloid. Was. AMAZING!!!

My only problem with it is that not once when MC and Samus are fighting does the Chief gain the upper hand, save for when he(she?) slashes her once. The rest of the time he(she??) is getting owned.

That and the whole wtf moment when he(she?!?) is revealed to be a girl.

Otherwise...
